What are your site fees?

Site fees help us to cover the cos of maintaining our parks to a high standard as well on-going maintenance of infrastructure such as service connections. The cost of these fees vary between our parks and factors such as plot and holiday home size can also affect the cost you pay. However, our site fees start at £2,600 per year

Can I live in my holiday home?

No, our holiday homes are not for residential use and cannot be your main residence. We do have residential parks which are intended for permanent living. You can view these here

Can I sublet my holiday home?

No, subletting is not allowed at Family Tree Country Parks.

When will I be billed for utilities?

We will send you a bill quarterly for any utility charges and meters are read towards the end of each season. Charges will be made in accordance with the requirements of the law and any relevant utility regulator. Due dates for payments will be detailed on your invoice.

Do I need to pay council tax on my holiday home?

No. Business Rates and not Council Tax are charged for Caravans / Lodges.

How should I take care of my caravan / lodge?

We recommend that you have your Caravan / Lodge drained down at the end of the season to help prevent pipes freezing and potential problems with your central heating system.
